Truma Aquago Water heater DLE60B

Water heater has fuel and electrical and water flow but when we turn it on the function light on the LED 3 dial will start flashing and there isn’t any hot water. This is in a 2018 Jayco Seneca 37TS. Also LED lights 1 & 2 do not light up indicating that the unit is getting power.
Any advice is appreciated.

LED 1 should be on as if there is not power the LED three dial will not work. The LED 2 is the error code light and if there is an error on the unit is should be flashing as series code. How often is the dial LED flashing? It is possible you are stuck in descaling mode and or the unit needs to be descaled.

Sounds like the unit is stuck in descale.
Turn all power off for a few minutes. Turn dial to off.
Turn power switch in rv on(not the dial). Then turn the button on the main board on up or down doesn’t matter
Turn the dial from off to eco or comfort mode.
You might have to turn the switch on and off a few times before it lights up.
You should hear the pump on the aquago turn on and off every 30-40 seconds
Turn on the hot water at all your faucets. The aquago will measure the water and once it has hit a set gallons the led will stop flashing.
The red light should now be flashing at the main control panel on the aquago.
Turn the dial to off
Turn the outside switch off for 30 seconds
Turn it back on and the light should come on.
You should now be able to run the unit as normal.
