Vacuum breaker check valve

I have a 2008 36MS, having a problem flushing out front 1/2 bathroom black tank. Cant get water to enter into the flush (tank sprayer valve) for the front tank, rear tank flush works fine.
Also cant seem to locate the Vacuum breaker check valve for the front tank, it is not located in the sink cabinet.
Thank you in advance for any information.

In my 2006 it was under the bathroom sink. All the way up touching the bottom of the sink behind some panels. Look again, if not under the sink you have a unique Seneca.

That's interesting, I also have an 08 36MS and it will rinse one black tank but not the other. If I move the "Rinse" lever to one tank, it puts water into the tank, if I switch it to the other tank, no water goes into the tank. I just go inside and flush the toilet several times and then add my chemicals.

Hmm, is it also the front half bath tank that won't clean?
