2022 Jayco Swift Li Alternator Charging Questions

Hi Everybody, Had a question for the Jayco Swift Li Owners out there and was hoping someone can do a quick check for me. I'm a New 2022 Jayco Swift Li Owner here and on delivery, the alternator charging does not work. Dealer Says they will fix and they've been super nice but the representatives I was speaking to were not technical and with all the troubleshooting I've done I'm confident it's down to this below.

I'm suspecting in manufacturing a wire was misrouted and connected incorrectly. If someone can check and see underneath the Inverter charger for an inline fuse that looks like the image below and confirm if 1. it's even there. 2. is it connected to the battery? 3. if present what size fuse is inside?

There should be another fuse holder with a 3 amp fuse in place. this one should be there and connected to the battery.

I think someone got lazy and simply took the wire which should be routed directly to the alternator and put it right on the battery. the only reason I say this is because referencing the APS-500 alternator regulator manual the only mention of a 10 AMP fuse is the wire which should go to the alternator.

now I can be completely wrong, I would think the wiring harness from APS, should be bundled appropriately and almost to the right length. but the wires I'm seeing and the fuse burning out. (need to check if it is only when the engine running) I think I'm in the right area.

I'm not going to be taking anything apart as the dealer has told me they will fix it, so I will give them an opportunity to do so.

also for those where everything works correctly, can you confirm if you notice charging on the inverter screen? charging on the Firefly or anywhere else when the engine is running?

I'm tempted to make an in-depth video at some point once everything is working, maybe then Jayco would sell a few more units.

I'm hoping I'm not chasing this forever, cheers everyone
