BOSS Audio system

I have a 2023 Jayco terrain with the BOSS audio system. Does anyone else have issues with the Bluetooth not pairing to their phone?

I had that problem; here is my old post and a solution found on another RV site.

If you have the BOSS cabin/exterior audio system, I was frustrated that it would sometimes not pair with iPhone and IPad. Found a solution on another RV site. The BOSS head unit is designed for cars, and enters pairing mode only during a cold boot up (as when a car ignition is turned on). If you turn off the audio at the head unit, it still has power from the host, and when you turn it back on it does not enter pairing mode. Turning off the main 12v switch for a minute or so, and then turning it back on, will open the pairing mode. A little hassle but at least I can stream audio again.

I found a way to re pair other than shutting off the 12v which probably is great to do that often. There’s a small hole in the front of the radio in right side to reset the radio. That seems to work. But I’m going to upgrade the system down the road
