But I also wonder if yours is a part of a recall that Jayco has for the Firefly communications with the battery. It’s TSB# 22-076. Some of LI system didnt have a G4 connector. This could cause the battery not to communicate to the firefly system. I’ve had where I had to do a full reset to get my alternator to charge. But never the shore line. And it’s very rare.

Thanks! Both my husband and I have spent hours on the phone with DEHCO. They are helpful, but it's annoying to say the least. I don't have time or the comfort to sit outside in my van for an hour in 100+ degrees to flip switches on and off every time I have an issue.
I did have that recall taken care of, and I am still having problems.
