Norcold Fridge only works part time

I have a Norcold12v (AC/DC) fridge in my 2021 Jayco Swift built on Dodge Pro-master 3500. When plugged into to land power with the in house power switch off the fridge works. When driving or when the engine is running and the house power switch is off it works. When I turn on the house power switch either plugged in to shore power or using my on board generator to run the ceiling air the fridge will not work. I have to have the power switch in the on position to light up the control panne to operate the AC. I know I am missing the secret sauce here. Does anybody know what I am doing wrong. I contacted my dealer and they will only book a service appointment to look at it!

Was wondering if you had your RV fridge fixed yet. My in-laws have theirs at the dealer in Cincy but the dealer says they can't find anything wrong with it. From your description, it sounds like yours doesn't work with the 'house power switch' on? Does it ever work with the house power switch on(which is the red power switch by the sliding door)? Thanks for your help!
