Swift 20T clicking sound in rear

I have a 2022 Swift 20T that has had a random clicking sound every few minutes coming from the rear of the vehicle when the van is completely shut off and keys are not in the ignition. Sound is similar to door lock sound but not as loud. These clicks have been happening since day one when I bought the van new and happen whether van is locked or unlocked and all power front and back is off. Any thoughts?

I have a 2024. It does the same. I have no idea what is causing it?

Found a vehicle setting in maintenance menu for Auto Locking and turned it off. Haven’t heard clicking since. Click sound was similar to locking sound. Not sure if I’m out of the woods…

I have a 2023 Swift 20T and it also does this. It sounds like it is directly under the middle of the vehicle. Sounds like a relay opening or closing. Maybe the transfer switch?
