Wish I could help, but none of the spec sheets I could find even list a water heater of any kind.
Do you know if it uses propane or electric?

Depends on if you are boondocking or hooked to shore power. If boondocking then you would ideally only run the diesel heater (temp set to 0) and push the hot water heater at the top left of the Timberline display. It will heat up the water using the diesel heater and it will take a little while just like if you run the diesel heater on a cold night. It takes about 15 - 20 mins to really get cranking. The best way to tell how fast it is heating up is to switch the screen over to where it shows all of the temps as the diesel heater is heating up. As long as you don't adjust the temp. gauge it will not blow hot air out of the vents and will switch the solenoid to go directly to the hot water heater.

If you are wanting to take a shower you can use the shower miser in the wet bath. Make sure the knob is turned to where no water is flowing. The blue dot will slowly light up white and you know you have instant hot water ready to go. Turn the show miser dial to where water will flow from the shower and you will have instant hot water.

The diesel heater is rated for 17,000 BTU's IIRC.

If you are hooked up to shore power you can use the diesel heater along with the electric heating element on the bottom right of the Timberline screen. This will heat up the water much faster as it puts out a total of 24,000 BTU's with the electric heating element and diesel heater combined.

Hope this helps.
