07 Jay flight problems!!!

Have a 07 Jay flight 29 football house. Thought I had a goodbye but after 9 months woke up to see a puddle of water on my floor in the bathroom. I did some investigating went to up on house opened up my midget door and my hand went through the floor. After ripping up and removing my bunkhouse and my bathroom, top plate was done like crap and noticed that paneling was 07 in bunkhouse and 2010 in the bathroom. White insulation and bunkhouse and yellow and bathroom. Half inch plywood on the floor. Bathtub feet fell through due to excessive holes. Caulking and theexterior had cracked caulking and both corners inside completely rotted. The plywood for the ladder outside was completely gone. Got a VIN number on the camper and came back clean. VIN number plate was on passenger side back bunkhouse which is always on the driver side back.. Cross members are all broken and for joist are not on layout. One roof trust was replaced and not screwed in and trailer was extended 4 ft since it was used trailer frame. Gutters on outside reveal the same thing. I am replacing plywood and putting foam board in the walls and rearranging my bathroom relocating my door and keeping bunkhouse open for one big space. Going to put cabinets and my cat box in there cuz his trailer has no storage at all. I am hard piping everything and I ripped out my kitchen table and Bench seats and put a small table and two chairs. Ripped out my sleeper sofa and elevated my floor to accommodate my plumbing and put a recliner in.. I'm tired of hitting everything and I want it to more look like an apartment. Trailer was cheaply made and the steel plate is supported every 48 to 60 in by a wing. Reinforcing with 2x2 angle and put a box header in back so trailer frame doesn't bend. Reapplying caulk on all windows and doors since my midget door wasn't even caulked in at all

That's a lot of work, just wondering why you would hard pipe it compared to PEX. PEX will take the cold much better than metal. I hope you get everything fixed up

Wow, that's quite a project. The frame cuts and extensions are interesting.
