154BH Side table Windows

Has anyone removed the valances from the side table windows and put up curtains? I want to to it but I don't want to end up with big gaping holes.

Thanks!

I think my in-laws are going to do that to two or three of their windows around the couch and dinette. Do you have the hard panels? They do and it is beyond uncomfortable trying to sit in the areas that have those. I will let you know what they end up doing.

Yes. they are the hard panels. And the brown plaid isn't exactly my taste. I would either like to remove them and put in curtains, or remove them and reupholster them to something a little nicer
