174BH dinette

Can anyone please tell me why my dinette table won't stay on the wall. Does the table slide in track or hook onto it?

Mine is probably the same and has a kind of hook that goes over the wall bracket. But it will travel during rough roads if left up. I put a big head screw at the back end of the track and that stopped that.

Do yourself a favor and take the table off the track during travel. We put a LOT more miles on our 195 than anyone would sanely do ( topping 100,000) and much on dirt roads. When we left the table up the table edging ripped right off the table due not so much to the track but the bouncing of the table. We had to re edge it with wood and replace the hook track.

Travelling is a minor issue. Ripping the table is a bit more of an in trip emergency. Yes it hooks and also it slides.

The bed isn't occupied during travel and the table behaves nicely laying there.
