We have a 2012 Jay Flight 19RD, which is the same floorplan. Some of the things we've done in no particular order are,
1) The screen door handle, as described above, by DonaandDon.
2) A 3 hook coat rack on the wall to the right on the entrance door.
3) Puck lights in the pantry, storage compartment. compartment under the
wardrobe, and outside compartment.
4) LED upgrade on the taillight/brake lights.
5) 1/4 turn shutoff valves on the ends of the fresh water overflows.
6) A spare tire with mount and cover on the bumper (dealer furnished, part of
the deal).
7) A roof ladder (also installed before we picked it up)
8) Electric tongue jack and cover for it.
9) A homemade door stop, to keep the bathroom door from hitting the
thermostat.
10) New propane tank cover, with the door on the top.
11) Although available commercially, I made a fixture for the front tongue, to
hold the hitch, when off the truck. It keeps it secure, and off the ground.
12) A wine glass holder, under the shelf above the rear dinette seat.
13) Replaced the mattress with a 10" memory foam.
14) Clips mounter in the front storage compartment, for a corn broom, and jack
crank handle.
15) Clips on the wall, left of the entrance door, to hold a 3 cell Maglight.
16) Upgraded both faucets, to residential ones. (Chrome, and the bathroom
faucet swivels).
17) Pull handles for the pleated shades, except the dinette (they hit the table).
I'm sure there are a few more, I just can't think of right now. We've been doing things over the past 7 years, and my DW says my memory isn't what it used to be!! If you have any questions, feel free to ask away.
