1999 Jayco slide problem

First off this is my first post!

My wife and I have acquired a 1999 jayco travel trailer with a slide out. It was gifted to us from my grandma! What a deal! We have three kids and are wanting to start doing a small amount of camping.

It has been sitting for 10 years plus. I have been busting my tail cleaning this thing. We decided to run the slide out to clean it. Got it out about 2 foot and It seized up.

First thing I checked was if it was in a bind. (Tape measured and adjusted it) still stuck. So I took the motor off the mounting bracket and had my wife run it while I was underneath. (Ran fine) then I went to the center of the axles where the manual crank gears are. One tooth on the ring gear is broke. Decided to take the bolts out of the “drive” shaft and see if it would manually crank without the actual slide hooked up. No dice. Didn’t budge. I’m pretty well certain my issue is there. Question is where can I buy and new “pinion” and “ring” gear for it ?

Also wondering if anyone has suggestions?

Sorry for the long post
