2004 Jay Feather Wiring

I have a 2004 Jay Feather 23B. There are two on/off switches located in the bathroom. One does the ceiling light, but the other is not operating anything that I can visualize. It is connected to a yellow wire. Does anyone have a diagram or any idea what this switch could be controlling?

Does anyone have a schematic for this year/model?

I just checked the schematic for our TT, and the ceiling lights above the door, and bed are fed from a yellow wire. More than likely completely different wiring than yours. Could it be for the water pump?

The water pump switch is next to the front door. I had thought that maybe there was a three-way switch for the pump somehow but it does not appear so since it is only two wire.

Typically a second switch in the bathroom would be for the ceiling fan. Flip it on and then hit the switch on the fan itself and see if that does it

Thought about that as well. This switch has no affect on the fan.

Your unit may have pre-wired for some option that was not installed. It may be the switch to nowhere.

Are they two separate switches or a two switches in one unit?

It is for the ceiling-fan, just check the voltage at the fan.

Two switches in the same box.

It could be they ran out of single switches that day and installed a double. I have an 08 that has a single switch in the toilet / shower area. Fan is powered direct.

Maybe it has never been wired to the switch, they just wired it direct, bypassing the switch.

It could be for the fan but the switch is broken and provides power in both positions. You could test to see if the switch has power in and out and if the switch effects the power.

I looked on the 2004 Jayco brochure and did not see any options that would require an added switch in the bathroom.
