Looking at buying a used 08...found some black marks in corners behind sofa on plywood..plywood solid as are walls..no water marks anywhere else..as well roof membrane seemed to have some play in it right on the edges where it meets the side walls...caulking looked good...trailer in great shape other than that...any thoughts.
I have a 2012 model, the sealing where the outer wall meets the top of the slide was very poor from brand new. I applied Eternabond tape to the seam, haven't had a problem since. This will be the third summer that the slide has been out for the whole season.
