2010 trailer never sealed the roof

I am thinking of sealing the roof this year. No problems but you guys say to be proactive. Should I remove the old caulk? What is the best way to do this?

Your talking about re-doing the caulk and not applying a sealer product to the roof material right? For re-doing the caulk, seems quite a few place Eternabond tape over the caulk. Then you don't have to worry about the caulk in the future. I've thought about doing it to my camper.

Yes just the caulk unless there is anything else I should worry about. Where do I get eternabond?

Thanks

Yes, just re-caulk anywhere you see small cracks in current caulking.
Clean with a detergent, rinse and dry. Spic & Span works good.

Search Eternabond on amazon. I just bought some 6" x 50' ~$50
