2011 330 rlts frame has has becomed electrified

I bought my rv brand new and have never had this problem, until this past memorial day week we spent it camping at the beach in Destin ,Fla, when I got home it was raining but I decided to unload anyway. As i opened my front storage compartment I noticed it would sting me everytime i came in contact with the latch handle. After futher investigation I found that all the metal parts on the outside of my Rv would sting you. I have worked for a utility company for 32 years and I new the seriousness of what this situation could cause.
THIS IS WHAT I FOUND TO CORRECT MY PROBLEM,,,,
1st,,I unplugged from shore power and i found my female marinco 50 plug that is suppost to be water proof full of water ,the water has been in there long enough where there is rust and corrosion on the connection points inside the plug, so I ordered and replaced this plug, making sure this time to use some copper wire no lox on all wire connections and as i put the plug cover back together i was careful to seal anyplace i could with silicon to stop water intrusion again.
This seemed to solve my problem, hopefully this might help you also.
IFYou DO FIND YOUR SELF IN THIS SITUTATION,,REMEMBER THIS CAN BECOME VERY SERIOUS,, TAKE TIME TO FIND YOUR PROBLEM BEFORE IT FINDS YOU!!!!!!!!
