2012 Jay Flight 32bhds coupler height

Does anybody know the height to the top of the coupler on a 32bhds that sits level? I am ordering my WD hitch and would like to know the height so I can get the correct shank. Thanks for any help.

Send Jayco support an email. That's what I did for my soon-to-be-delivered 308RETS. I verified their info by checking at the dealer's lot w/ the previous model (298RES).

That is all right Diesel. I know people are busy. I appreciate the thought. I have some time before my 32bhds comes in so it isn't a big deal. Thanks.

I've got a 2009 I could get info from if you want but I'm out of town, and it is stored off site, so it'll be a couple of weeks before I can grab it. Sorry.

Mike already suggested it but why not just send an email to service@jayco.com? They usually answer in a short period of time (sometimes minutes... or an hour or two).

Thanks for the email address. I was just going to go to Jayco and find it but figured I would check here first to see if anybody else chimmed in. Low and behold, the address was just posted. I sent an email, we will see how long it takes to get back with the info.

Jayco contacted me this morning. Coupler height is 24". I also found out my 32bhds comes offline March 27. Can't wait!

Yes it is!:hihi:

Does anybody know if Jayco transports the units or does the dealer go pick them up?

With mine, the dealer sent someone to pick it up.

Jayco managed the driver delivery for ours. Also, the coupler height Jayco provided me was right on the money, much to the surprise of the dealer tech. He thought it looked way too high, but I put it on and it was perfect.

Yes it is. Put the electric jack on last weekend and loaded it up w/ stuff. Will finish up next weekend and camping the following weekend for the maiden voyage (Fredriksburg, TX).
