I loved the large kitchen too but the closet in the bedroom was very very small so I bought a 40FER.

Hi there
I just ordered a 2013 40FKS. I will be in Mesa AZ for 5 months each winter. I am sure I will love my new Jayco!
Has anyone had any issues with their's? Besides the small closet?

We took delivery of new unit about a month ago. So far no problems, just looking for a replacement mattress. The one supplied in the unit is brutal!!!

We have a 40 FER. We live in this one and use our 33RLDS to camp. The FER has enough room for us and it suits us great. Ours is a 2011 and the only differance we can find between ours and a new one is in the bathroom there are more cabinets and the slide out in the living room has dark wall paper on the inside wall. We looked at the FKS and it just didn't have the storage we needed. We live in Gold Canyon. If you go on the JAYCO web sight you should find out everything you need to know.
