2013 white hawk window seal ?'s

I was getting my trailer Ready for the summer his weekend and noticed something odd with the emergency exit window on my slide.
When looking at it from the outside there is a small strip of foam visible. Only about 1/4". Spent a bit of time seeing if there was a way to "tighten" the window up but nothing obvious.
I've never noticed this before so I'm not sure if this occurred over the winter or what. Didn't notice any water issues in the trailer from the winter so I don't think water is leaking in here.

A few questions.

Is this normal?
How do I tighten or fix this if it is a problem?
