2014 eagle 314bhds rim pressure rating

As the title says. Does anyone know what the rim pressure rating is on these eagles? I have the standard aluminum wheels that come on it they are not the optional set that you could get. I would like to go to load range E tires at 80 psi.

Nathan

I would want to verify this from data on the rim or from the rim manufacturer.

My camper is currently having front cap painted so I can't physically check the rim. I emailed jayco a little while ago. I am awaiting a response. I'm just thinking if they are rated at 80psi is it still safe to throw 80 psi into tire cold then have it raise as tire gets hotter? Does not seem to be a safety margin or is it built in to the rating. I woukd like to think it's built in to rating just like a tire is.

We have the Aluminum rims of our Jayflight G2. I went from 65 psi to 80 psi tires with no problem. I called the Rim manufactor and told them what I had and was told there will not be a problem with changing tires and psi. Rim would be able to handle it.

I heard back from jayco amd they stated that the rims on my camper are rated at 80psi max. Then they stated they would not condone changing the type of tire from the oem spec. Whatever. I think I should be okay to go to load range E at 80 psi I guess. What I don't know is the 80 psi max the absolute max or is that a safety margin. So if the pressure gets to say 90 or 100 while pulling am I in trouble. I have priced several kinds. Kenda 86 per tire shipped to my door. Carlisle 540 mounted and balanced from tireman. Maxxis first place that priced me kenda told me 150 per tire shipped. Said they're kenda are a better tire. I may just go with the kenda or Carlisle since they seem to be more readily available if I were to need a replacement. What do ya think?
