2015 White Hawk window fasteners

My window fastener just above the couch popped off of the grooves that hold the window in place. I have tried to pop the round fasteners into the groove on the bottom of the window to no avail. I have taped the bottom of the window on the outside to keep it closed. Anyone else have this problem and perhaps a solution.

When you say "I have tried to pop the round fasteners into the groove on the bottom of the window to no avail." Do you mean the screen? Or the actual glass?

The groove is on the metal plate on the bottom of the window.

In my White Hawk, there is a split window above the couch. One normal and the other is the fire escape window. Is it the fire escape that has come off the track? Is the release handle damaged?

No, I have a small narrow window that can be cranked out. It is the small window that has come off of the track. I may have to take it to Vogt RV in Ft. Worth to get it repaired.
