2016 jayco white hawk and water is coming out

There is a tube under my white hawk jayco and water is coming out it is not just a small drip but a steady flow what is that

Do you have the valve near the water pump in the correct position? If not, it may possible that you are inadvertently backfilling into the fresh water tank. This would cause the excess to run out the overflow while the city water is on. Also, if this were the case, it would be a continual flow once it reached the point of hitting the overflow tube of your freshwater tank (at least until you had reason to shut off the city water connection and therefore, cause the flow to stop).
