2016 Jayco Whitehawk Awning Led Lites

When we turn on awning Led lites switch on inside camper wall by door they immediately come on to their brightest and within a minute they go completely dim & will not go back to their brightest. We turn off the awning lites by 7:30 @ night. Would love to be able to read while outside. Any ideas why this is happening? Suggestions?

Welcome to the Forum from Western New York State!

I would check the voltage at the connector and at the switch with a digital voltmeter. LEDs are made to work correctly at optimum voltage. It's also possible they've reached the end of their life cycle.

What is their life cycle?I probly depends how much you use them. A few handfuls of ours don't work. I agree on a bad connection if all are dim.Good luck
