2016 jayflight 34RSBS slide hanging up

We are having trouble with the slide opposite of the door that houses the tv, fireplace fridge, stove. It hangs up when we are trying to slide it in and out. We generally have to “help” it slide in from the outside, but haven’t had a problem with it hanging up to bad sliding out until today. It is hung up, and won’t slide out. It will go about 3-4” and one side will lock up. It appears to be getting hung up somewhere at the top track. Have any of you ever experienced this issue? We don’t haul the trailer much, my husband uses it for work, so it is normally set up for 6 months to a year at a time. The last time it was moved was March of this year, and then today. It is always level when it’s being used. Please advise if you can

slide not working

I have a 2017 Jayco Jayflight 34RSBS with 3 slides. The slide with the chairs and dining table will go in but not backout. Have called jayco and lippert and they tell me to take it to repair shop. They can't even tell me where the controllers are. Does anyone know anything about these slides and where the controllers would be?
thanks

The particular slide in question is manufactured by Lippert (LCI), and the model is a Schwinteck In-Wall style slide. The slide has two motors, one at each end of the slide, and they may require 'resynchronizing'.

Resynchronizing (page #9): https://lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws...cd-0001602.pdf

Additional information: https://support.lci1.com/in-wall-slide-out

I would also look for any debris that may be interfering with the slide movement (under slide floor, etc.), and any loose interior slide trim.
