2017 & 2018 Jayco Feather 23RL and RLSW

THOR's affect on Jayco???
We have previously owned a larger TT (not a Jayco) and are looking for something smaller. From reviews it seems that Jayco has had better than average reviews. We are looking at the 23RL. What affect, if any, has the THOR purchase had on the 2016 and 2017 Jayco models?
Thank you.

I have an October 2016 built 2017 Jay Feather 22BHM. We have just passed 40 nights in it since we picked it up in May. Knock on wood, Zero issues so far. Much better than my track record with my previous trailers.

By the way, welcome to the forum. We also downsized this time around. We had a 31' Airstream and a 26' Nash prior to this 22' Jayco. We love the smaller trailer and wish we would have done it years ago. It is so nice to just hook up and go and to be able to fit almost anywhere.

Thank you. That's what we are looking for, easier rig to haul. Enjoy.

We have a 2018 23RL and have had zero issues with it. Fit and finish is great, everything worked off the lot and have had no warranty issues.

Welcome. Have a 2017 23RLSW and couldn't be happier. Was concerned at first with available storage but with our extended weekend style trips we haven't run out of space, in fact we have empty space. Outdoor pass-thru barely adequate and the the doors could have been doubled in size to ease getting stuff in and out. No complaints overall and everything works just fine. Great layout for the wife & I and our 110lb GSD. Only mods so far have been new shower head and a digital thermostat. Looking at install of http://www.microair.net EasyStart to allow AC use with 2k watt generator, and going to dual 6v batteries for when we may be dry camping.

Than you. Yes also we changed the shower head in our previous TT. Glad to hear you are happy with the unit. Safe travels.

Exactly, we went to a 2017 23RLSW , but we have a GSD and a Golden Retriever. Theres plenty of room and the layout works really well.
