2017 eagle ht travel trailer question

Hello

I have a 2017 EAGLE HT TRAVEL TRAILER. My remote for the slides, awning and outside light stopped working. I bought a new remote; however, I can not find the panel for the remote to program the new remote. I have call and sent a email to Jayco asking the location but have not received a response. Does anyone know where this panel would be located. I have looked everywhere. Thanks

In my 2018 Eagle HT TT, the remote panel is behind cabinet over sink, next to stove. Had to remove a couple screws in back of cabinet but maybe your setup is similar to mine.

My 2018 Eagle HT remote control box is directly behind the switch / tank status panel.

Are you sure it's the remote that's bad? Same thing happened to my 5er and blew a fuse. It was under warranty and come to find out factory had the wrong size fuse installed. May not be a fuse problem but worth checking out. Oh by the way the fuse is on the remote panel that's hidden behind a removeable panel.

The remote panel also has fuses and relays.

Yes, the remote is bad, 3/4 of the screen is blank. I called the company and they told me there is no fix for that problem. Thanks for your reply.
