Understand. Hope all goes as planned!

I also have installed taller LT275/70R18 tires so the trans tends to unlock the TC easily when towing. Depending on how it pulls when fully loaded, I may end up towing in 4th direct drive. In that case the truck easily out pulls the speed ratings of the trailer tires! Got some airbags coming thanks to member on here!

So far we have fully cleaned the interior cabinets, fridge, toilet, shower and sinks and all that stuff. Fridge is on and I have added a Shurflo accumulator and whisper quiet hose kit from the 26BH. Right now we are just trying to get the best placement for all the gear.
Congrats on getting the rig home!!!

Trying to organize everything is always the challenge (and somewhat of a pain) with a new rig. But it usually goes somewhat quick after the first tt.

Enjoy the good times ahead!

Wow, I like the new flooring color and the stainless steel appliances! We missed out on the 2017 model by about a month

Do you have the MorRyde suspension? If not, what did they replace that with?

Thanks

Denise, I just brought my 2017 home. They did away with the morryde suspension.

I'd also like to see pics of the counter "accent lighting". I'm really curious about this. We ordered the Jay Flight 24RBS shortly after the first of the month.

Congrats on the new trailer. We missed a '17 by about a month, but now that I see the changes I'm happy with our '16 - that floor is too busy and I prefer the black hardware.

And because of an ordering mix up at the dealership, I have the same TV antenna. So far it works great in our driveway.

Is the kitchen table free standing, looks to have different legs than my two poles?

Kitchen table is free standing and folds down to stow or make into a bed. The accent lighting is pretty nice. I will grab a pic and post it soon. So far, for mods, I have added the accumulator with split pool noodles around the piping to help quiet it, installed 2 Group 27 deep cycle batteries and a West Marine dual battery switch, and re-enforced the front master bed framing with some added 2x4's. Going to sleep in it tonight for our first official night. We have some friends' little 5 year old guy who is staying with us...he gets to try out the bunks!

Noticed something weird...The axles on the right side appear to be shifted too far forward. But a rough measurement shows they are ok. Going to make a list for the dealership for this fall. That and the radio time reverting back to military and being 1 hour 5 minutes behind are the only things on the list.

I think on a recent trip, the guy across the road from us had the same trailer and I noticed the same thing about the wheels.

Same here. Back wheels seem to be centered on the plastic wheel well covers but the front wheels are a couple inches too far forward. Also noticed the plastic seems to protrude further out on the passenger side.

Accent lighting under the sink area countertop. Also added level to the front and some pics of the ProPride hitch, dual group 27's, battery switch and the repeater for the TST 507RV tire pressure and temperature sensor system.

EDIT: I will have to grab new pics of the ProPride hitch setup. Sorry about the sideways pics.

Astro,

TY for the pics!!! Now to see if I can add the accent lighting, even if aftermarket... Will have to look into it.

Is the accent lighting very noticable if laying in the bed at night? My wife likes there to be very little light when sleeping.

Where do you mount the repeater for the TST system? A TPMS is something else I have on my "grocery list". Darn list never seems to get shorter!!! Lol

TY again!!!

Talking

The repeater is mounted on the side of the battery box near the battery switch. You can see the red dot light on it in the last pic.

I don't think you would want to sleep with the accent light on. It is quite bright although we haven't slept in the camper with it on. We have only slept in it once so far and we used a regular night light.

I forgot to add...we added extra supports for the master bed framing. Much more solid now! It's not pretty but it works great!

I recently noticed our wheels didn't line up with the wheel wells either. Front wheel off on slide side, rear wheel off on door side, like the pictures posted. I'm guessing the plastic wheel well moulding is an inch or two too small.

I like the cabinet accent lighting.

Just got back from our first camping trip with it! Gotta say was absolutely LOVE it! The extra room with the slideout is awesome. The showers is 100 times better than the tub and shower curtain we had. Storage works great and the camper towed great behind the Tundra. I didn't make it to the CAT scales yet but plan to do so soon. Towed with full fresh water tanks and had no issues what so ever. Towed home today with fairly strong winds and had zero issues as well. I wouldn't be comfortable towing this sized trailer without the ProPride hitch though! She sure is heavy!

Lifted,

TY for the feedback on the accent light.

I am considering possibly adding an accent light to our "shoe storage" area that it under the entertainment center. Maybe get to it soon.... Lol

Glad to hear your enjoying the new rig!!!

Hi Chrome, we decided to go with two Honda 2000i's (same considerations for Yamaha 2000's - quality and weights are comparable) and they run the a/c fine. If we are dry camping and just need to run battery charger, lights fan etc. I fire up one generator on those occasions we need a/c we connect the two for 4000 watt peak, 3600 watts running capacity. Price of the two was comparable to a 3k Honda and the 2000i's weigh 45 pounds each. We generally get about 6 to 7.5 hours out of a tank of gas depending on what is running.
