2017 Jay Flight SLX 245 RLSW first trip

We dry camped for our first time camping in our new camper. We filled up with water at the campsite. This went well...We had a generator in our truck, just in case and we did need it. The first night we left our outside light on and we woke up to no power in the camper. My husband turned the generator on and walla power again and charged the battery. Lesson learned....The rest went well except for when we were getting ready to leave. Our pin that connects our truck to our trailer hitch was missing. It must have fallen off somehow when we left the campsite for a trip. I panicked a little, but my husband was fine. We got into the truck and found the nearest hardware store and luckily they had what we needed....I had bought a memory foam mattress for the bed before we left and it was very comfortable...I get a little nervous emptying the sewer hose and maintaining the toilet. I just hope we're doing it the correct way. It was 90 degrees the whole weekend but I had the windows open and shut the blinds and we had shade. We really did pretty good without air conditioning. We love our new camper. We will be camping again this weekend as well. I can't wait!
