2017 Jayco 23 RB Travel Trailer

Hello all, I'm new the the forum. I am having an issue with the furnace and a/c unit on my Jayco RV. I have only used the unit 3 times since I purchased it new in February. The furnace and a/c won't turn on. The furnace worked fine yesterday... tried shutting switch off and back on and nothing works. I checked the fuse and breakers , they are okay. Dealer says might be a loose wire...bad thermostat...or, control module. Any suggestions on this issue? Thanks!!!

Yes, tell the dealer to fix it or call Jayco and find someone who will (under warranty). # sopissedatdealers

I have the 2017 White Hawk 23MRB and haven't had any issues. The a/c shouldn't be turned on unless you're plugged into 30amp power. For the furnace, make sure your propane is on and you are either plugged into shore power or have battery power. We blew the 30amp green fuse by the electric jack on our first outing and nothing worked until we replaced it. Don't be discouraged; this is a good trailer, and you'll work through it. If it's anything more serious, your dealer will fix it per Jayco warranty. Good luck!

Thanks!! Everything worked fine until Monday morning, that's when we realized the furnace and a/c issue. It's a real bummer because we have vacation planned for the end of July and my dealer can't look into it until August 11.

Did you check all the fuses?

After I checked all connections and replacing the thermostat, I had no resolve. I took it to Jayco dealer and they found a bad connection at the furnace. It works just fine now.

Thank You for all the suggestions and input on this matter.
