2017 Jayco Jayflight 34RSBS slides

I have a 2017 Jayco Jayflight 34RSBS with 3 slides. The slide with the chairs and dining table will go in but not back out. Have called jayco and lippert and they tell me to take it to repair shop. They can't even tell me where the controllers are. Does anyone know anything about these slides and where the controllers would be?

The 34RSBS "dinette/recliner chair slide" your referring to is a Lippert Through-Frame style slide, and I assume the electric version (in lieu of hydraulic). I'm not aware of an actual "controller" for this style electric slide. The following Lippert links may be helpful:

The 34RSBS "kitchen/fireplace slide" is a Lippert Schwintek In-Wall style slide which does utilize a "controller":

Sorry to hear your having problems also. I have a 2020 34rsbs and my through the frame slide(same as yours) has been at a dealership since September waiting on parts. The actuators from Jayco arrived quickly after my warranty diagnosis was made only to wait for 3rd party brackets to arrive. 90+ days waiting.
