Is that cracked, or could it be water intrusion?

I don't think it's water damage because the cracks are in the hard plastic. Water shouldn't bother that. Right?

Your picture looks more like wrinkles than cracks to me. It it were me, I would tape the outer window frame to the door and remove the inner frame. If water has entered, the styrofoam should be yellow/brown.

I have not seen that issue before. Wish my tt, was here to look at.

Can you locate the door manufacturer on the door? Might have a longer manufacturer warranty than Jayco's 2 year.

I suspect the dealer will tell you the door needs to replaced. Which then will affect your graphics on the outside.

If it was me, I would talk with the door manufacturer. Then I would look closely pulling the door apart, and laminate on a new inner skin.

Thanks, I'll post pics if I decide to tear the door apart. Just cosmetic but looks ugly.

Thanks but no warranty, purchased used. I'm thinking about taking the door apart and re-skinning. I'll post pics if I do.

Probably LIPPERT, that is who they have been using. PHILLIPS was sold to Kinro in 2009 and they are part of DREW who also owns LIPPERT.

Lowe’s sell 4x8 sheet material like your door panel so hopefully you can take the door apart and do a repair

Jayco's warranty is no good, but the Door manufacture may have a different warranty period, and maybe transferable. This is totally independent of Jayco, just like roof top AC units and refrigerators. It might be worth a few minutes investigate.

If you can’t get a warranty claim for the door and your door frame is like mine you might be in luck. My door frame screws together and I think I can slid the foam core out the bottom. An advantage that you have is that your panel is broken into strips ( that should help). After the window frame is removed along with the door lock I would take my masonry trowel and try and peel those strips off.

Thanks, it's worth a shot. I tried it on the Atwood water heater control unit, and they said no warranty on purchased used TT.

Was this issue ever resolved? I just happened to notice similar cracks on the door of my 2019 X19H, which I also bought used.

No, I haven't done anything with it. I've been thinking about trying to cover it with something like peel and stick. I think the cracking is caused from expansion and contraction because the cracks are less noticeable when is warm and more noticeable when its cold. I don't really want to take the door apart.

Our 4yo trailer door is cracking too, slowly getting worse. I just figure the material they used unfortunately cannot withstand Phoenix summer heat.

Our Jayco is a 2018 purchased in California, and the inside door panel has been cracked for a couple of years. I'm thinking defective material.
