2018 White Hawk Line Up
Found these pictures on FB of the 2018 White Hawk line up. Looks like the 28 DSBH is gone. Glad I have one on order right now.

I check Jayco's site daily to see if they are showing 2018 Jay Flights.

Cross your fingers that your unit is in process or that they still have another run of 2017's planned... I'm pulling for you.

No 27DSRL either? That's a shame - we were planning on one of those in a couple of years. Do you know if that's their complete lineup for White Hawks?

Where exactly did you find these photos? I do not see them @Jayco FB profile.

This is where I found the info. It's a Jayco salesman that belongs to Jayco RV Club FB page.

If accurate, the 2018 28RL looks a lot like the 27DSRL except the bathroom is no longer a pass thru, but is shifted one side creating a hallway to the front master. And, it has a pantry cupboard which is sorely lacking in the 27DSRL.

I am glad I got 28DSBH. If I read the photos correctly, I do not see a plan that would work for me as good as 28DSBH.

There goes my interest in Jayco. We were set on the 24MBH. The 2018 has no door to the outside from the bathroom, and the outside storage access in the slide is gone. These both would help me load the trailer to accommodate my payload. Ugh!

I love my 28DSBH... but if it was on order and they changed it to the '18 - 29BH, I wouldn't be too upset... but that's just me. Different strokes and all...

X2. I found that 29BH floor plan online a couple of weeks ago and it would work just fine for our family.

My problem would be with the outside kitchen (which I do not need) and the claustrophobic bunk beds. Proper bunk beds were the main reason why I went with 28DSBH over 25BHS, which would work for me for many other reasons. Again, glad that I got 28DSBH.

The outside kitchen is useless to me, would rather have storage area. It appears there is a closet or pantry in the front bedroom? That would be inconvenient. Easier to have that storage in the main area. Don't like having an exterior door to the bedroom, would rather have main door to main area and bathroom having its own exterior door. Also like having an exit to main area on both sides of front bedroom since we put a bigger mattress in there that makes walking in front of it difficult. I dunno, I really prefer the old 28DSBH floorplan over the new 29BH. I'm glad I'm getting one of the last ones!

So the new 29 BH has no rear exterior storage?

I don't think it does and I gotta admit... that's one of my favorite things about my 28DSBH.

Agree. There are things I like about the 29BH for sure, but there are places where the 28DSBH is a better fit for my family. Rear storage is one. An awning that covers both entry doors is another. A tub for my toddler instead of a radius shower is a third. A lower bottom bunk is a fourth.
I'll be curious to visit some of these new Whitehawks when they hit the local dealer's lot to see how the layouts actually feel.

Does the 29 by not have a lower bunk or is it a coffin type like the 25bh of old? That was why I went with the 28dsbh

To be clear I like the new layout in some aspects too. But to be honest I need the kids bunks to feel like their space, and i need the tub as well, the storage. I like the tv angle and bedroom size, but I don't need an entrance outside from the master. I am also not keen on the size. Hell I think my trailer is too large as it is and find trouble getting spots at national parks already.
