2019 Travel trailer slide out issue

Frustrated... 28' BHBE.
Problem is the roof seal on the slide out leaks when it is fully extended. This happens when I open the slide fully, and during the last 2-3 inches of opening it the side of it toward the hitch drops far enough to drop below the seal and from the inside it is visibly obvious it is lower.
Took to dealer 1, said the header on the slide needed to be 'flipped'' never heard of that but next time I used it, still did the same but made the problem worse as it also leaked with the slide closed.

Different dealer seemed to have fixed it, (they did fix it from leaking while closed).
lt looked good when I picked it up but when I opened the slide this spring it dropped again, still a problem. If I open it all the way except the last couple of inches the roof seal stays in place, it is only the last couple of inches of opening it when it drops below the seal.
Anyone here know what the problem may be? Thanks!

Almost sounds like it is out of adjustment.

Not familiar with that model, but do you know if you have the Lippert through frame slide mechanism?

If it is, then I have the service manual for that type of slide, as our 2019 27RL has the Lippert through the frame system.

That’s frustrating! Quick question. Where do we look to see the make/model of the slide out mechanism? Is it on one of the rails or do we search for a control box?

It goes through or under the frame. I didn't think to check my paperwork to see if there is any for the mechanism. Thanks
