2020 eagle 334 rlok residential refrigerator issues

We just go this unit 3 days ago and love it except there is no water or ice coming out of the refrigerator. It's a residential whirlpool. I've located the valves in the island and under the stove and they are both on but still nothing. Also, we are getting very low pressure hot water to the shower and sink.

Did it work on when you did your PDI? Does it have an internal filter? If it is not completely seated it will not allow water to flow.

Try removing the bottom drawer by the stove and check for a valve and water line there. They may not ha e connected the 1/4” plastic line yet either.

Shut the valve and disconnect the water line there and then open it to make sure you have water up to that plastic line connection

Is this attempt with just the water pump from the fresh water tank or is it hooked up to city water? Do you hear the water pump come on if it's from your fresh water tank? At the bottom of the fridge, there is a panel. You can take that off and check the water lines down there, disconnect them and see if any water I is in the lines. Might want to close the valve under the sink first before checking if you're on city water. Also, that fridge slide, there's a water line that feeds the fridge toward the back of the unit under the slide. Also, a low point drain I think. Not sure what good checking that would do.

This just a guess but in my new 2020 330rsts we have a separate pump that works with a five gallon drinking water set up. We do not have the residential fridge but our salesman mention that if we did that would also serve the ice maker. Is it possible that you have a separate line that would feed your ice maker?

Ensure you are on your FW pump and disconnected from city water connection.

In the freezer, A rocker switch on the ice maker? Turned on? If so try holding it down in the on position and cause it to cycle. Does it cycle? As said before with the FW pump on, and after cycling the ice maker, you should hear the pump cycle to fill the ice maker.

Solved fridge

For the fridge we have a separate pump that works with a five gallon drinking water set up under the island that also serves the ice maker. Thanks everyone for yput input.

And we would not recommend this model.
