2020 Jayco 224BH awning distance center of arm

Hey Everyone,
I am looking to get one of these EZ Zip Sun Blockers.
I know that Jayco advertises the length of an awning on 224bh is 13 feet, but the website for EZ Zip is calling for the length between center of arm to center of arm of the awning.

The trailer is in storage for the next few months so I can't measure.


Has anyone ever got that measurement?

Also, would anyone know the height from the ground to the top of the awning? I imagine it's 8 feet?

I got the one on the link (11'3") for $120 in May 2020. I won't hurt to have it just a little less than the awning length. I've used it for about six or seven weeks. I only use it when the sun is an issue, so it is usually stored.
Still in good shape.
Awning is not 8' high, but screen is designed to be staked out to give you more room.
