Exclamation 2020 Jayflight Furnace AC issues?

We bought a 2020 Jayflight in 2021 brand new. We picked up the trailer on July 16 but with so many issues that we only spent 4 nights in it all summer. Now we are ready to go out for May long, and when I turn on the furnace the air conditioner kicks in as well. Anyone else have this problem? Suggestions? The dealer service center is booking into late June..... Thanks!

Try turning off the auto fan setting at the thermostat...

There is an update for the panel to fix that issue. Do a search. Lots of discussion on it.

Furnace AC Issues

Thanks for the help! I have sent the info to my dealer. If the fix can't be done by the weekend, we can shut off the breaker. Appreciate the rapid responses!

Our unit does this when we set the heat on low or high. When we set the heat on auto, the a/c does not come on. That's how it's designed to work. Low and high are for the a/c, and auto is for the furnace.
