Same language for Outdoors only more detailed....
OWNER RESPONSIBILTY
Perform proper care and maintenance as outlined by this manual and corresponding component warranty information including taking whatever
preventable measures necessary to maintain the exterior sealants of the unit and to prevent foreseeable secondary moisture or water damage to the
unit from rain
A simple search proves that it is the same across the RV Industry no matter where they are built or by whom. If they didn't have the same issues, why the same exclusions?

This is what I was replying about. Not the contract.
"Because JAYCO doesn't do anything different than the rest of the RV Industry. So no matter what brand you buy you will find exactly the same issues"
You'll be hard pressed to read about delam in those two brands when they're less than 10 years old. After that it's still less likely than the brands from Elkhart. Most Northwood and Outdoors RV units are out in the west where I live and camp. I see them all the time in CG's. Never have seen one with delam. I've seen so many Keystones with delam it's ridiculous. Actually see very few Jayco's with
delam. How they're made has more to do with delam than upkeep.
But to your other point, yes warranties are pretty much the same across the board. Same with auto makers. But as with RV's some auto makers build a better product that has a lesser chance of failing.
