2022 jayco featherlite 24BH plumbing issues

Have a new jayco featherlite 24BH. Have had it for 2 weeks and finally out on our first trip and boom- water pouring into the camper after using the shower.

I checked at access point under shower and water to the left near the wall. No drain issue. After inspecting, I turned on the pump and thought it may have been a small leak from toilet. Nope.

Wife took and shower and woke up next day, back of camper was soaked.
I dried it all up and tried to locate their issue because itís leaking right at the wall between the bunks and the bath!

My question is because I think itís the pump leaking. Where do you get access to the pump? The only way I can see is to cut the wall out or remove the entire shower.

Please someone- is there access to the water pump that I am not aware of ? I checked the wall in the bunk areaÖnothing.

Any help would be great! Other than that- we love it!

It won't be the pump leaking or it would be running all the time when the switch is on. The water pump won't be in the wall.

The seal between the drain and tub may be leaking if the tub is not properly supported. Someone stands near the drain and the tub flexes down, allowing the seal to leak.

Take it back to the dealer there is a issue there and if you do not have the mechanical expertise it will be hard to find the issue.

Indeed! I actually have it scheduled to go back to dealer tomorrow! Just hard for a guy like me who can fix just about anything but not wanting to void the warranty.

Hopefully you don’t have too much water damage.
