First Thought

I raised a couple of daughters and my first thought when I saw your post was, "That poor guy will never get in the bathroom."

Seriously though, I don't know how much experience you have pulling trailers. But you really need a "cushion" when you are calculating weights. Whatever you start with it will grow as you use your camper. More supplies, tools, kids will get bigger and the kids or wife might even pick up rocks and hide in the camper. Voice of experience speaking there!

Enjoy those girls!

If I don’t have a 15 to 20% safety margin on all of my weights, I get very uncomfortable. There is no such thing as too much truck. And it really is a shame that so many folks look at the published weights and take them as guides to what they can use as a tow vehicle. They are not worthless, but Come pretty close to it.

I'm as anti tow police as they come but I really don't think I would want to tow a 224BH with a unibody SUV.

That being said the 224BH is easily towable with any 1/2 ton truck or truck based SUV like the Tahoe, Expedition, Armada etc.
