2025 19mrk tpms
We just purchased a ‘25 19MRK and I can’t get the TPMS to sync. With my ownership papers came a card with QR codes for iOS and android apps and it seemed straightforward. I have tried everything I could think of and the app doesn’t recognize the TPMS. BTW it’s the “TPMSII” app. Yes the dealer should have had it ready but they're out of state and we were ready to get back home and it slipped our minds and there’s.

Same issue
Did you figure this out? We just bought a 2025 26RL, factory installed tires have the system on them. Card in the owners manual to download the app. No luck pairing to the tires. Is there something else needed to activate the system?

Was it the “blue cap” ones? If so they are sold by Tredit and they sent new wheel sensors. I can “pair” by scanning the bar code but it tells me nothing but the device number. I will have to take it somewhere to get them installed as well 😡

Yes blue cap ones. We are going to talk to the dealer tech guy this week if I find something out I’ll let you know.

I have tried everything shown in “help” on the app. I hope you have better luck.

We have a 2024 19MRK and the TPMS is in the JAYCOMMAND app. They changed that for 2025?

It’s my understanding that this is the “standard system” that comes with the Jaysport package and the Jaycommand is an option

Did you ever hear back about them. I've been waiting for Jayco to get back with me for nearly 2 weeks.

Tpms app
Here is where we we are, the 2025's added this apparently they updated the "Jay Feather Sport Package" and didn't give anyone a memo. The new package includes "App Controlled TPMS". They apparently didn't mention this to the Dealers, or the Support that answers the phones (I have a call into them they are going to call me back). They put this on the tires, added the "card" in the blue package in the trailer and expected it all to just work magicly.

Another update. Our sales guy at the dealership was able to test the app out with a 2025 today on site and got it to work so it appears our TPMS devices are currently in sleep mode and may need to be activated. I got a email from Jayco to try letting air out of tires to activate them but that didn't work. The sales guy told us Tredit Tire and Wheel is who to contact next for help since they most likely installed the system. From additional research I did online a TPMS wake up device may work.

Finally got it working. I had to let the air out for a good bit while scanning and it picked up two of them. The other two I had to go to a tire shop and have the news ones put on, and even one of those was bad I scanned the bar code before the two were put on and they worked. So out of eight sensors, 3 were bad.
