21QB Replace dining table

Have a 1 week old 2017 Jay Flight 21QB21 TT. Previous TT was a 2012 Jayco Jay Flight 19QB, basically the same layout as the 21QB except it's 2 ft. longer. We want to replace free standing existing collapsible dining table with a permanent pedestal table. Need to know how to find out what may be under the floor in that area since I need to drill 6 bolts in the floor.
