22 rb jayfeather came with no propane in bottles?

Hello all I just bought brand new 22rb jayfeather went our went to use our propane furnace griddle stove none of it would work figured nobody purged the lines but actually turns out we got empty propane tanks my question whos responsible dealer or jayco the sticker on the side of the coach says it is weighed with full propane tanks lol obviously not we have also had nothing but a bunch of problems since bringing it home and barley had it for a month just tack another problem onto the list

All the units I bought the dealer told me they filled the tanks up.

Ok this my second coach first one they did this one they did not guess have to call the dealer again ��

Dealer fills the tanks. They add what the full tanks would weigh to the total since that is a constant when they print the sticker. How did they PDI the stove, fridge and water heater with empty tanks?

They did not I had to do it we went on a two week trip had to do it all while on our trip so the the inspection they charged me for obviously did not do it I took the the tank to a fill station it was confirmed ther was zero propane in the tanks I only had one filled as I didn't need both looks like Monday the dealer will be getting another ear full from me what ashame these places do to their customers if I ever buy another it will never be from thus place or possibly jayco again

JAYCO has nothing to do with your problem... The dealer is independent and they are supposed to spend a couple hours going over the entire rig with you before you even leave the lot.

Ok well our first rig was used from so.ewhere else and the dealer spent about five minutes with us rushed us out im also having issues with the slide leaking from underneath while drivingbis that also the dealers problem or is that jayco

That would be warranty that the dealer needs to address.

But they are not my ownership has nothing but frustrating how should I go about this never really dealt with a dealer before othe than cars wich I've ner had problems with

There are good dealers and not so good dealers.

I would look at your paper work for a set up fee and see what it includes if you were charged for one.

When we we bought our new trailer the fee included full tanks and 2 batteries.
Some dealers dont give away free stuff!
