23rl fresh water tank sensor location

I’m just back from our first trip in our 23rl which was delivered in Dec 2017. The fresh water tank sensor only reads 1/3 full although it is full. Our unit has the insulation package which covers the bottom of the trailer. I would like to check the tank sensor wires at the tank but the insulation covers everything. Does anyone know where I should start looking for the wires? Where is the fresh water tank located and how best to deal with the insulation. Thanks! John

Don't get hang-up on the "Sensors", they didn't work right in the 70's and they still don't.
You'll get used to your usage of your RV and timing.

The tank sensors are famous for emitting fake news. You will get used to when you need to empty.
