24mbh no slide movement

Hi Everyone,

We just got our 24mbh a few weeks ago and everything was working fine. I just brought it home, leveled it, plugged it in, put down the stabilizer jacks, and made sure the battery was connected.

When I try to put the slide out via the JAYCOMMAND I hear a click from behind the JAYCOMMAND and there is zero movement on the slide. The motor doesn’t even sound like it turns on. I looked in the fuse box and don’t see a blown fuse. I called the dealer and they said they’d look and call me back. Well they’re closed now and I didn’t hear from them. I looked under the slide for an inline fuse and didn’t see anything.

Any ideas what could be going on?

And I figured it out. Positive wire was pulled out of the back of the JAYCOMMAND.
