My wife and I purchased a new 26BH last summer. For us and our one daughter we love it. The bunk beds in the back are my daughter's little area and if she has a friend come along it is perfect. We did not want the potential problems associated with slides (25BHS) or having to fold and unfold bed ends (hybrids) so we opted for the 26 BH. I know there are a great deal of hybrid owners out they love their hybrids. It boils down to what meets your needs and wants.

If you have specific questions...send me an email.

Re: 26bh

Like Explorer says, it all depends on your personal wants and needs. A bunkhouse works well for lots of families.

I traded my bunkhouse for.... another bunkhouse... My kids love the bunks

Like the others stated, bunks are awesome for full time beds without having to set up bunk ends, diners to beds, or couches.

If you're thinking you might like it, you will probably love it.

Had a 19H for many years, just went to a 228 bunk model because my boys are getting older and need their space. We are much happier for it and the boys love the upgrade. Strongly consider the bunkhouse if you have kids.

We had a 2001 23 B Kiwi hybrid and loved it, tons of room and large fold down at both ends. That being said, after 4 years we were a little sick of set up time and have purchased a 2013 26bh and it is a huge upgrade for time spent doing what we love versus work, all beds are already set up. Super happy with the 26bh.
