26BH Arctic Package

Does anyone have any idea just how cold you can go with the Arctic Package/enclosed underbelly?

I was planning on a hunting trip to Kentucky new years weekend but the temps are supposed to get as low as 7 degrees at night.

Is that pushing the envelope or would it hold up if the camper were left at 65 - 70 constantly?

I have the enclosed underbelly and I've camped in the upper 20s but personally, I would not push single digit temperatures if you plan to use the water tank. The tanks are heated by ambient temperature from the furnace so you'll have to keep it going. The issue I see at those temps is the risk off the low point drains and dump valves freezing since they are exposed.

Short answer, No!! Anything at or below freezing for any length of time can be problematic. Just go with water lines blown out and use 5gal water tote and a couple gallon jugs [for flushing toilet]. Everything else works regardless of outside temp but if you freeze water lines you won't be a happy camper in the spring.
