26BH Furnace

I bought a used 26BH. A 2013 model.. It has the vents in the floor, the exhaust vent on the exterior, and has the heat option on the thermostat.. BUT There is no furnace or at least I cant find it.. Does this make sense. ?
It finally got cold enough this week for us to use it .. I tried to turn it on but it never turned on.. I'm in South Fla. TIA..

If you really think there is no furnace go outside and take off the vent cover and see if you can see the furnace flue or a blank space.

Alternatively, go outside and measure where the furnace vent is and go inside and see if it is hidden behind a panel. I really doubt they would install a vent without a furnace. If it is there try the search function in the gold bar above to look at others with furnace problems.

53 last night here in Venice, better than 28 at home. But we also hit 71 in the daytime and next week into the 80s!

I would recommend an electric heater with the furnace as a backup.

I had a 2013 26BH. The furnace is under the sofa. If you partially lift the sofa, you can see the thin plywood enclosure around the furnace next to the wall. If it isn't making any sound when you turn it on heat, the reset switch may have been tripped. To get to the reset switch, you have to unscrew the sofa from the frame, lift it off, then access the furnace. The reset switch is near the bundle of wires that enter the furnace.
