It's a new floor plan for Jayco. I looked at it in other manufactures but ultimately went with 29QBH, which in 2014 they changed to 29QBS and unfortunately they eliminated the 4th bunk in favor of the outdoor kitchen.
I really like the 31QBDS floor plan, but at 36' it was just more TT than we wanted.
If you have the tow vehicle for it, and can still get your favorite spots at 36' I would think your family would really enjoy the QBDS.
