32 TSBH with 2 grey water tanks
I have a Jayco Jayflight Elite 32 TSBH with two grey tanks. I thought that when one filled it was supposed to switch over to the other tank, but apparently not because my sinks will back up until I dump the tank. Is there a manual switch or something? I cant seem to find anything about it in the service manual. Anyone have any advice? Thanks!

One of the grey tanks is for your kitchen sink and outdoor kitchen sink. The other tank is for the shower and sink in the bathroom. They are both independent of each other and each have their own drain valve.

Yep two tanks two dump valves. I marked mine so I know which valve dumps which tank. When DW is showering and I hear HONEY I know to go open the bathroom valve.

Attach this to your sewer termination pipe keep the valve closed and then open both gray tanks.. they will self balance. ( I do this all the time) then when it comes time to dump tanks close both gray valves.. attach hose open the valve on the flush king Open the black tank (if needed) then when that is empty open the gray tanks...

Couldn't you just cap your exit and open both valves to equalize, then close both valves? I would guess it would only let out a small amount of grey water when you remove the cap, I could understand not doing this with the black tank....

Depends on the rig. On most larger fifth wheels, the valves are far enough away that there could be 1-2 gallons in the line. That would make you persona non grata in the Cg and in the tow vehicle.

I use the one Norty linked to. Not only to equalize the grey tanks some times but main reason to make sure there are no surprises when I take the cap off.
You never know when your black valve gets stuck or leaks a little bit. It's happened before, 2 times. Surprise!! I heaved.
As far as I'm concerned it should be a standard.

Jayco 32tsbh grey water
I have a 2018 Jayco 32tsbh and my grey water tanks back up in my bathtub. It seems like the outside kitchen sink is on its own because my kitchen sink water will back up into my bathtub. Does anyone else have this issue?

I have concluded that the outdoor kitchen drains directly to the main drain pipe downstream of all the tank drain valves. If you are hooked to sewer, it won’t fill up. If you aren’t, or you have a main shutoff valve, it will fill the pipe and sink eventually. Does not go to a tank.
